SO over it

Just a quick post, I am having blog withdrawls. It seems like I have been so busy! We've had alot going on, hence a bazillion photos to sort through and stories to tell. Isabella had her much anticipated Enchanted performance this past weekend. She SO rocked Melman!!!! She also nailed all her dances. After the play she let us know how much fun she had and that she wants to do it again. This class has been the best confidence builder, we have seen such a positive change in her, not that there was ever anything un-positive, its just really really fun to see her grow in confidence and have a feeling of accomplishment and reward for all of her hard work. I have many more pictures and stories about her day..but here she is with her Oscar trophy, she is SO over me taking her picture at this point, she wont even look up! Ha! Grandma and Grandpa Hatch were in town just for her, what a treat for all of us!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful support and love! She was also supported by my aunt and Uncle, her Great Grandma and some beautiful friends, who we cherish!

Then Moses, oh boy. We found ourselves with some alone time and tried to play with his sidewalk chalk. He is SO stubborn (my fault) that he wasnt having it. I was SO over trying to make him have fun, I put my camera down on my knee and started snapping away like some deranged lunatic desperate to get a photo, even if its of the sidewalk. Imagine my shock when I saw this gem! I wasnt even looking through the view finder! Wow I'm good (kidding!)
I dont know what it is about this, maybe its because the camera is showing me what my eyes didnt see then, he actually was enjoying himself. (albeit for 60 seconds) It sort of re-enforces in my mind to be more engaged and present instead of trying to get a fun photo. I just love it.
