Summer bug fest 08'

We went to weed the garden yesterday morning, I swear, we cant tell a weed from a tomato plant out there! There were many little critters to be found, much to Moses' delight. He will pick up spiders by their back legs and squeal with delight saying "yook!! yook!! pider!" If Spiders didnt give me such a huge case of the heebie jeebie's I would have taken a picture....dang piders! What I was excited to find for them were some "hoppers". After watching them hop around in a large bucket, Bella ran inside for a glass, a tupperware lid and a knife, she's a quick one that Bella. We kept them overnight and then released them this morning. Oh what simple things kids find enjoyment in. They remind me everyday to stop and notice the usually un-noticable things. Tommorows hunt....worms. Oh lucky me.
