Lagoon day!

I was talking to my mom on the phone last night about how fun it will be to go back to Lagoon. I havnt been since I was young and I have been so excited to take Bella and Moses. Much to our surprise, and delight, Bella soaked it up!! She has always naturally been a little fearful of things, especially ride type things. But she was crying when we had to leave, so thats a pretty good sign she might be okay for Disneyland :) Buddy and I learned that Moses will be my Roller Coaster Buddy in the family..this boy is fearless! I love rides, Buddy hates them. Problem solved.

My camera and I were not friends today. I realize how very badly I need a zoom lens...and I dont say that I *need* anything that often :) I started saving today! On to the fun stuff though... Do you like Icee's? I dont now, but as a kid, oh man, what a treat! They just scream Summer!

Just look at him....oh my gosh, could he be any cuter.

Remember the whole firework fiasco about being half terrified halk excited? Here were are again..except by the end of the ride, she was beaming ear to ear! Promise.

This picture makes me wonder.. I bet Moses is like:

"Whatever you do see-stow, dont look back, mom has her camera out"

Cute Bella on the animal Kingdom Train..her favorite ride.

One of the reasons my camera and I arent friends...look how blurry :( But I dont care, its still one of my favorite pictures of the day!

What a wonderful morning we had. The best part were the kids happy faces and absolute excitement. Man, that is just the best feeling in the world!

I'll end on an even sweeter note!

(although Buddy does think these look a little pathetic, I might agree)

What a fun day! We took Hyrum to DisneyLand for his 2nd Birthday and then to the Puyallup Fair when he was 2 1/2 and he loved them both. Watching him have fun on all of the rides made me want to be a kid again. Even though I was pregnant when we went to DisneyLand and I couldn't go on many of the rides, it was totally worth it to watch his reactions as see how much fun he was having. We just may have to visit there again next summer when Jonah turns two. FYI if you take you kids before they are 2 they are free!

Ann, I am still planning on Mexico if we can swing it, I think it would be fantastic! Yes, the haunted house was our fave. I told Bells it was my favorite ride, but she backed up on the other side of me and sheilded her eyes until we passed it....dont think she'll be doing that one anytime soon!

I have been going to Lagoon all my life and I am quite sure it's never looked so magical. They could use your pics for a marketing campaign for sure. So sorry we couldn't go. Lagoon is so fun for the little ones, and secretly, I still love it.
