We brought new life to the phrase "in a New York minute" We took the red eye to nyc, spent the day, and left at 830 pm the same night. We.tore.it.up. We had such fun and I am so proud and impressed with Isabella and Moses who were just like energizer bunnies and kept going and going. We have the best memories of last year, and now this year spending time in Manhattan during Christmas time. Its really, really magical. For Bellas Christmas gift, we took her to American Girl to pick a doll. It was such a fun experiance. As opposed as I was to this ridiculously expensive doll, I have to admit, after experiancing the store, I may want one of my own. And I just have to say, thank goooooodness for camera phones, without them, we would have no photos of our fun filled day. Love. And just for my memories sake, last year, moses was pushed around in a stroller all day, and was sick so he pretty much slept the days away. This year, bella took his place. Threw up all day. nice huh. I felt so bad for her. Maybe next year, we'll all be healthy. Funny thing is, she didnt get sick until we ate breakfast once we arrived. Oh well, we had a blast and she is all better. The second we landed actually.
We are so lucky to be able to do fun things like this. I make sure my little guys know that his is not normal, but while we can, heh, why not right?
Macys Santaland. Today, Moses saw Santa Clause at Bellas school and he said "oh my gosh! Santa is here all the way from New York!" As far as they are concerned, Macys santa is the real deal. He was so cute with them asking what they wanted and winking. Total Miracle on 34th street.

Times Square. This year Moses was loving chasing the birds. Fun.

Lord and Taylor window displays on 5th Ave. Oh WOW! Pictures do not do them justice.

Rockefeller Center. Thanks nice lady who took our photo. And a wall display in santaland

ha! We stick out like a sore thumb. I swear, half the fun of going to NYC is the subways for my kids. They love it.

FAO schwartz.

The Vampire state building. for some reason, Moses is seriously obsessed with this building. He calls it the vampire state building, and I hope that never changes. Him and Buddy hit the 86th floor observatory while bells and I were shopping for dolls.

The BIG piano. Really a highlight for them.

She chose the 2010 doll lanie. Thanks to Gracie (hi gracie) Bells has been receiving the AG catalog for well over a year. Its no surprise she knew exactly which one she wanted. And its cool because Lanie may not be back ever again. so her doll just may be one of a kind :)

The elves at sanataland are really fun. This is just one of them posing in front of Santas Christmas eve map. What a job Santa has!

Buddy took this on his way back from the vampire state bldg. Now THIS is clever.

I told Buddy next time we go to NYC, I want to experiance it as an adult, a few shows, a nice dinner, and maybe we'll take a cab to our nice hotel instead of the subway. Maybe its too much to ask for. Maybe not :)

How fun! NYC at Christmas - you and your family are sure lucky!
This looks like so much fun. Your camera on your phone is better than my real one! I love the American Doll experience and the Vampire State building is classic!
That is such a magical trip. I bet your kids just soaked every moment of it up. I"m sorry Bella got sick, but something tells me it could not possibly have put a damper on such an awesome day!
Wow!! wow wow!!! Your pictures are like looking into a dream. Someday I will go to NYC, and.. maybe even at Christmas time.
We need to catch up so I can hear all about this trip!
